A shared notebook with an image, a local animated GIF, and links from either entrance.
One notebook, two entrances
This page is a Markdown source file. Open it from the portfolio or run
/site/pages/markdown-demo/show.sh in the terminal: both read the same published
text, images, GIF, and links.
Keep the moving parts nearby
The small animation below is a local GIF. Put images and GIFs beside index.md,
then refer to their filenames. Copying this whole folder in a terminal session
keeps the notebook and its media together.
- Write headings, paragraphs, bold, emphasis, and
inline code. - Use ordinary Markdown images for photographs, drawings, and animated GIFs.
- Link to About Trove or open the signal gallery manifest.
Edit once, publish together

Session edits are temporary. For a lasting change, edit this source in
content/pages/markdown-demo/, rebuild the content, and export the guest seed.
